This week, our Governor deemed all construction and real estate professionals essential due to our housing shortage in Texas. So we are back in business! We have been doing all we can to help clients virtually, and when it's absolutely necessary, we are providing showings....with extreme caution to protect everyone involved.

If you're considering leveraging some of the equity in your home or investment properties, the time is NOW. Lending guidelines are getting tighter and we're seeing some products disappear. If you want information about a cash-out refinance, reach out to me for a lender referral!
