Happy Friday, Y’all! How's your week going so far? In my previous newsletter, I touched on some of the latest market insights, but I also wanted to share this newly released graph below that shows how much inventory has grown over the past few months.

According to realtor.com, on a national level, “The inventory of homes actively for sale on a typical day in July increased by 30.7% over the past year, the largest increase in inventory in the data history and higher than last month’s growth rate of 18.7% which was itself record-breaking. This amounted to 176000 more homes actively for sale on a typical day in July compared to the previous year and more choice for buyers who are still looking for a new home.”
As you can see, this is all great news for buyers. More inventory means that buyers have more choices compared to this time last year, and with less completion than before, buyers are able to take the time to find the perfect fit. "New data from the Austin Business Journal shows 78732, which encompasses Steiner Ranch, is the wealthiest ZIP code in the five-county metro area, with a median household income of $175,118 based on 2020 figures from the U.S. Census Bureau. More than 18,000 people live in 78732."
"This ZIP code is wedged between Lake Austin to the northwest and Bee Caves Road to the southeast. It includes a number of high-end neighborhoods, including several Rob Roy subdivisions."
