Happy Friday, Y’all! How's your week going so far? In my previous newsletter, I touched on some of the latest market insights, but I also wanted to share this newly released graph below that shows how much inventory has grown over the past few months. |
According to realtor.com, on a national level, “The inventory of homes actively for sale on a typical day in July increased by 30.7% over the past year, the largest increase in inventory in the data history and higher than last month’s growth rate of 18.7% which was itself record-breaking. This amounted to 176000 more homes actively for sale on a typical day in July compared to the previous year and more choice for buyers who are still looking for a new home.” As you can see, this is all great news for buyers. More inventory means that buyers have more choices compared to this time last year, and with less completion than before, buyers are able to take the time to find the perfect fit. Purchasing a home now will only set you up for future real estate investment success! Are you ready to take the leap and find your next home? Let me know! And even if you’re not looking for a house right now, I’d still love to offer my support with any other home resources or answer any questions you might have — about anything! Just let me know. :) Have a great weekend! |
