Happy Thursday, Y’all! The latest Austin market stats from the Austin Board of Realtors August 2022 Central Texas Housing Market Report are here. (Keep reading down below for a quick snapshot of these numbers).
While the market is slowing down a bit, home prices are still up from this time last year and there’s an increase in housing inventory.
I know there are currently a lot of discussions on where the Austin real estate market stands according to data reports, but these numbers are just a small part of what to consider when looking to buy or sell. The truth is that the best time to buy or sell is the time that’s right for you! If you’re currently moving into a new life chapter and are looking to purchase or sell a home in the area, you will find success no matter what the timing is with the right real estate team on your side.
My team and I continually help clients at any stage navigate through the real estate journey with clarity and ease.
