Happy Friday, Y’all! I hope you all have had an amazing holiday week so far and are looking forward to the new year as much as I am! Do you have any fun plans for New Year’s Eve? Monthly inventory and active listings are up, making it a great time for buyers – especially with the lower interest rates we’re seeing compared to the past few months.
