Happy Thursday, Y’all!
A few months have now passed since our crazy and detrimental freeze, but I know we all haven’t forgotten — and surely, our outdoor plants and gardens haven’t forgotten either! They took quite a beating. And I’m still seeing so many homeowners trying to rebuild their outdoor landscape, especially now while the weather is nice and before the summer heat kicks in full speed.
I’ve heard that tons of Austinites have been lining up at garden centers recently to purchase new plants, but more importantly, with a shared goal of finding ones that can fare better in any potential future storm. So this week, I wanted to share with y’all some plant ideas if you too are hoping to bring life back to your garden and make it a stronger (but still beautiful!) arrangement than you had before.
Keep reading for some severe weather-tolerant plant-inspo. And if you need any good recommendations for landscapers in the area, please let me know! I have a ton of resources available, and I’d love to help.
Happy planting, friends!
