Happy Friday, Y'all! Labor Day weekend is a special time in my family because it's when we celebrate my daughter's birthday. Sidney is turning 5 this year, and we're planning a mermaid-themed swim celebration with close family at our home. There is rain in the forecast, so just like what we've already been experiencing in 2020, we'll likely be reverting to our back-up plan! I hope you and your loved ones have a relaxing and meaningful Labor Day weekend. Looking for some ideas for fun? Keep reading! If you happen to need a new appliance, this is a great weekend to take advantage of Labor Day sales as well!

Spend the afternoon at a brewpub. The great thing about most brewpubs is that they are usually already set-up with lots of outdoor space to social distance, so you can safely enjoy some tasty grub and drinks outside of your home. Austin surely has no shortage of cool brewpubs worth discovering, so check out this list to take your pick! | |

Austin & Central Texas Market Report H1 2020 |
COVID-19 brought a brief slow down to the Austin residential real estate market earlier this year, but it quickly rebounded and with a vengeance. It’s been a notably busy summer with Austin remaining a top relocation region and with consumers continuing to gravitate to Central Texas. The luxury home market has stayed consistent, with homes selling for record prices in neighborhoods like West Austin. Compass agents are experts on the intricacies of Austin and its surrounding areas. The importance of being guided by an agent with deep market knowledge and expertise on every street, neighborhood and community is more essential now than ever before. |
