Happy Thursday, Y'all! Many of you know that I have family in Louisiana. They fared pretty well with Katrina 16 years ago, but Hurricane Ida snapped 3 large pine trees that fell on their various roofs. They are all okay, thankfully, but have a lot to deal with over the next several months. That combined with all that we continually have to deal with in this pandemic makes it feel like we're just about to snap in half ourselves! One thing I've learned is that we have to take a moment to feel whatever it is we're experiencing in order to move through it and beyond it. Last night was one of those moments for me. I'm grateful to have such a supportive partner who loves me no matter how I'm behaving (or misbehaving!) Today is a new day, and I'm gearing up for a fun Labor Day weekend! My youngest is turning 6 on Saturday! I'm excited to celebrate her and who she is becoming already along with some time with family and close friends. I hope you have some fun things planned and if you're looking for ideas, then be sure to check out my weekend guide below!
As we dive right into the new month, it’s also the perfect time to dive into Austin real estate (again, the water is fine — I promise!). The market is cooling off a bit, stabilizing, and with less competition and more predictable trends, my team and I have continually been able to help our clients snag their dream homes in Austin…and at the right price. Plus, with our skilled market insight, resources and insider strategies, we’ve been getting our seller clients top dollar on their homes! In fact, we have a particular strategy for selling a home at the highest price in the neighborhood, and that’s with our exclusive Compass Concierge program. The program includes Compass fronting up to $75,000 (interest-free) for home improvements that attract the buyers who will pay the most. We bring the contractors and the materials, stage and list your home, making it as easy as possible for you. And we typically see a return of $2 to $3 for every $1 spent!
All of our Concierge clients have experienced exceptional success, especially because of our team’s expert execution of designer finishes, contractor oversight and keen ability to know exactly what is needed in order to truly yield results. Would you or someone you know be interested in taking advantage of this incredible program? Keep reading for more details below, and please reach out if you have any questions!
