1. This Friday, February 4th, at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. CST there will be two 30-minute Zoom group info sessions with the developers for the general pubic/interested buyers (at 11 a.m.) and Agents (at 12 p.m.) interested in asking questions or hearing more about these Gruene Lake Ranch listings.

3. On Tuesday, February 8th, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST, the auction bidding is LIVE on Doorsey.com for the first four cabins! The best offers win! Best offers are required to enter into escrow with a 10% deposit within 24 hours of acceptance.

To prepare for the auction, please register in advance on Doorsey.com to get prequalified and to access auction instructions so you will be ready to bid immediately on February 8th.
