Happy Thursday, Y’all!
There’s so much going on in Austin and so many changes happening that it’s hard to keep up! With the influx of people and major companies swarming in, the city is evolving at record speed. It’s honestly crazy to see how much this once smaller and “weird” city has grown into a national hot spot.
It’s also fascinating to be experiencing this exponential growth right here in the present. There are tons of new developments in the works (see below!) and as we all know, Austin’s housing market remains on fire.
I know it can feel a little overwhelming for longtime Austinites, but you know what? There’s a lot to look forward to, and the unique soul of Austin remains very much intact — even with all of these new changes. I’m looking at Austin’s future with hopeful and positive eyes, and I’m truly excited to see what’s in store for my beloved city! I know there's so much greatness ahead.
If you too are excited about the future of Austin and are ready to make the move here, then I’d love to help start that journey for you. Reach out!

Foreign Investors Bank on Austin as #1 Commercial Real Estate Market in U.S., Survey Says
|
Austin’s housing market is the hottest in the country, and everyone’s noticing — even foreign real estate investors. In fact, CultureMap Austin just published an article on how a recent AFIRE study revealed that foreign real estate investors favored Austin over any other U.S. city for buying property in 2021.
“This is the first time in the 30-year history of the AFIRE survey that a city as small population-wise as Austin has topped the list or even showed up in the top three. Twenty-three percent of those questioned in the survey put Austin in the No. 1 spot, and 33 percent ranked Austin first, second, or third,” CultureMap Austin says.
