Happy Friday, Y'all! It feels like we are zooming through October, and this hot real estate market we’ve been seeing isn’t slowing down either. Last month’s numbers are showing that once again, inventory remains very low and buyer demand is extremely HIGH. Considering how much Austin is growing even through this pandemic, I believe this trend will continue! In fact, I was recently reading Austin Chamber’s latest economic report that revealed that Austin is gaining around 168 residents per day, and the percentage of growth over the past 10 years has exceeded all other metro areas in the U.S. Our favorite city is booming more than ever before, which makes NOW the best time to sell in Austin. If you’ve been on the fence about putting your house on the market, I’d love to offer my assistance and discuss with you how selling at this time can provide incredible advantage and opportunity. As always, feel free to reach out! |
We already know how awesome Austin is, and the Nation is continuing to discover that out as well! Austin was recently ranked at a solid #3 spot in the U.S. News & World Report’s recent list of “Best Places to Live in 2020-2021.” While Austin fell from last year’s #1 position, this bronze placement is nothing short of celebratory. According to the report, our beloved ATX continues to rank as Texas’s top city, beating out Dallas/Fort Worth (#24), Houston (#27) and San Antonio (#41). Austin also ranks at #10 in U.S. News & World Report’s list of “Fastest Growing Cities,” which comes as no surprise when looking at Austin’s real estate market numbers over the past year (and especially these past few months). As Austin’s popularity continues to grow, this high real estate demand we’re currently seeing in our area is only going to intensify! |

| While Travis County Continues to Delay Bar Openings, 200+ Austin Bars Are Able to Reopen as Restaurants " More than 200 Austin bars have recently reclassified as restaurants, bypassing Travis County health rules that keep bars closed amid COVID-19 concerns.
