Happy Thursday, Y’all! And happy first week of March! Winter is almost behind us, which means the spring buying season is about to kick off. We know Austin’s booming housing market can feel intimidating for potential homebuyers right now, but it shouldn’t be.
My team and I have all kinds of magic tricks that can ensure that there are no obstacles that will prevent you from getting the home you want. One of the proven creative ways we’ve helped many of our clients is with unique programs like HomeLight, which allows buyers to buy with cash before selling, even when they don’t have the cash. It’s an incredibly advantageous opportunity for those that don’t want to lose out on snagging their ideal home in this quick, competitive market while waiting on their home to sell first.
And for potential sellers? Now is the time to catch buyers for the popular springtime buying season, especially as we continue to see low inventory. Even if you feel like your home isn’t ready or could use some TLC, my team can help with that too! Exclusive programs like our Compass Concierge program can get your home in tip-top shape for selling, as Compass will front up to $75,000 (interest-free) in update costs to get your home looking its best. Compass Concierge has helped our clients essentially "flip" their homes, selling at a much faster rate and well above the asking price.
Curious to learn more about any of these Ellevé programs and opportunities? I’d love to chat. Click the contact button below to reach out!
