Happy Thursday, Y’all! It’s crazy to think that this month officially marks one year that the COVID-19 pandemic put us in lockdown and turned our world upside down. We put on our masks, we stocked up on sanitizer, and we stayed home — only able to “virtually” see our friends, families and coworkers.
It has been a challenging time, and it has especially been heartbreaking for the lives lost along the way.
This month, I’ve found myself reflecting a lot on everything we’ve experienced since last March. I’ve come to understand that if this past year has taught me anything, it’s resiliency. We’ve certainly had our mental strength tested, we’ve learned to withstand this ongoing crisis, and we’re still here — still moving forward. Like the mural says above, "This Ain't Our First Rodeo."
While we are not out of the woods just yet, we WILL get through this, and I believe we will all come back stronger.
I’m feeling extra thankful for my friends, family and clients who have supported me and the Ellevé team even through the whirlwind of 2020 (and now 2021!). And I want you all to know that the Ellevé team and I are here — stronger and more determined than ever — to help you achieve your real estate goals. It’s still a crazy and competitive time in Austin real estate, but we have the expertise, resources and strength to help you come out on top in this market.
If you’re ready, let’s get started! (And if you’d like to share your own reflections on this past year as well, I’d love to hear!)
