Happy Thursday, Y'all! How's your week going so far? For me, (and I hope not to jinx it!) I’m feeling particularly excited this week because it looks like slightly cooler Austin days and nights are soon on the horizon! For those of you lucky ones already enjoying the crisp chill of fall in other parts of the country, just know that dropping from high 90s temps down to the low 80s is a pretty big deal — and relief — for us Austinites! Oh Texas life… but we still love it. :)
So while yes, fall foliage hasn’t quite hit our area just yet, it’s still finally a perfectly nice time to get outside and bask in some autumn-inspired adventure before the season passes us by! And as promised from last week's newsletter, my team and I have put together a special list of the best pumpkin patch and fall festival spots in and around Austin exclusively for our local clients and followers (see below)! I know I’m looking forward to checking out some of these festive plus well spread-out and Covid-friendly spots too, and if you visit one yourself, I’d love to hear how it goes!
In the meantime though, if you (or anyone you know) have any Austin real estate questions, requests or needs, you know where to reach me!
